Laurène Soumahin

Holding a Master’s degree in Management, Consulting, and Change Management, I chose to combine my academic studies with a role in Human Resources within the Diversity and Inclusion department of a major company. My commitment to these issues stems from a strong belief in ensuring equal opportunities for everyone in the workplace. I began my career in recruitment - a powerful way to transform the workplace. I supported growing companies, particularly in the IT and pharmaceutical sectors in Switzerland, for managerial, expert-level or operational roles. I also worked with an impact-driven organization in France, where I specialized in diversity and inclusion within recruitment practices and supported various companies in transforming their HR and managerial processes. Joining Artemia was a natural step. Here, I have found the perfect balance between commitment and action. I now work alongside mission-driven organizations to strengthen gender balance at the highest level and to promote inclusive leadership models that are both high-performing and deeply human.
