Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Intercultural Management, I pursued these studies in five different countries to grasp diverse approaches to cultural and societal dynamics. These experiences quickly sparked a thoughtful consideration of diversity and inclusion issues, which I initially put into practice through the recruitment of international students and as a DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) ambassador within an international company. I later honed my skills by recruiting finance professionals within a specialized recruitment firm. Today, it is with great pleasure and commitment that I contribute to Artemia’s mission to promote diversity and inclusive leadership, which are in line with ethical values, but also strong drivers for innovation and excellence.
