Our mission is to propose pragmatic solutions to develop gender diversity in leadership positions, thanks to executive search and consulting services. .
Our methodology uses direct approach combined with an extensive knowledge of women’s professional networks, and we have built a process which prevents gender biases.This enables us to guarantee at least 50% of female candidates on our shortlists, even in traditionally “male-dominated” sectors. We also make sure the whole process is inclusive and consistent.
