During my Master's degree in Social, Economic and Organisational Psychology, I developed a strong interest in leadership and diversity issues. After an internship in organizational consulting at an ETH spin-off, I found my way into HR, and specialized in recruiting. As a senior consultant at a leading recruitment agency in Zurich, I was responsible for the recruitment and placement of job-sharing tandems. This proved to be an effective approach to counteract the shortage of skilled workers in the workplace while concurrently improving diversity and equity. That is why, as an Artemia recruiter, I consider executive search as a key lever to improve gender diversity and equity. I am proud of doing my part to contribute to a more diverse workforce.
