I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Zurich and began my career at a recruiting company. For six years, I lived in New York where I helped foreign multinationals operating in the US to recruit culturally diverse executives. In this position, I promoted diversity and witnessed its tangible impact on team success. I then set up the sourcing department in a major Swiss bank. In this context, I acquired the "Certified Diversity Recruiter" certification and subsequently worked in the Business Development team. Back in Switzerland, I worked as regional manager for a recruiting company. The topic of diversity has accompanied me for several years in recruitment and assessments. At Artemia, I work with companies that want to achieve a gender balance in management positions. I see the design of diverse management teams, as well as consulting on the implementation of diversity strategies as a core priority for corporations to acquire a sustainable competitive advantage.
