My interest in gender equality issues has started through observations. Observations about the lack of women in politics, in history, in science and, generally speaking, in leadership positions. That is why, during my Master's studies in political science and international relations at the University in Geneva, I have studied the path of women who played an important part in the world and tried to make them visible. Working at Artemia is a unique and pragmatic opportunity for me to support women in their careers and promote gender diversity in companies, thus contributing to a more innovative business world.
