After completing a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, I started my career in the field of customer relationship, where I was able to develop my skills and expand my sphere of responsibilities, particularly in team management. Since I am passionate about human interaction, I have always enjoyed analyzing the needs of my clients and colleagues in order to resolve complex situations. That is how I have come to grow interest in HR consulting and decided to work in that field. Having personally experienced the difficulties linked to the lack of gender diversity in my professional environment and being deeply convinced of the positive impact diversity brings both to companies and individuals, I now feel the need to take act pragmatically and have joined Artemia to contribute to this mission and build a more inclusive corporate world.
