After my studies in work and organizational psychology, I started my career in a recruitment agency, where I had the opportunity to search and recruit various profiles in multiple sectors. Willing to discover a new approach, I joined the HR department of a scale-up as recruiter for their technical teams. During my Master, I studied gender issues and cognitive bias in the professional environment. Joining Artemia is therefore a way to use my recruitment skills and dedicate myself to a cause that is close to my heart; promoting gender diversity in management positions and, ultimately, supporting women in their careers.
