After having certified all the Swiss branches of a large placement company to the ISO 9001 standard, I specialized in internal and external audits and training. For 25 years I have been working in Human Resources, in service sectors, such as employment agencies, Expo.02, as well as in industry, such as construction or watchmaking. Specialized in evaluation, assessments, coaching and training, I have had the opportunity to accompany employees and managers in order to increase their performance and their agility in their professional environment. The development of human skills in companies is one of my passions and I have been committed throughout my career to the diversity of teams at all levels.
