Holder of a Masters in Management, I have been working in the field of recruitment for almost ten years. After early career years in finance departments of multinational firms in Dublin, I moved to Switzerland and wished to work in relation to people’s development. In 2010, I joined Careerplus, a recruitment agency, where I had the opportunity to handle recruitments for specialists and managers in Suisse Romande. As Branch manager, I was also involved with my teams in the launch and development of new businesses. Since 2019, I contribute to Artemia’s development as I strongly believe in gender diversity as a powerful instrument to bring performance and innovation and that companies, need to develop not only performant diversity strategies but also pragmatic tools in their daily business.
