Julien Blöchlinger

With a Master’s degree in Psychology, I have cultivated a strong interest in occupational psychology, gerontopsychology, and gender studies—areas that continue to inspire and guide my professional journey. Over the course of 15 years at Careerplus, I developed deep expertise in recruitment and talent assessment, while also playing a key role in the company’s national expansion. I successfully launched new specializations and led the operations of the Lausanne and Geneva offices. In 2019, I founded Qualis Vita in Vaud, a home care organization based in Nyon, which I managed for over five years. This entrepreneurial endeavor gave me valuable insight into the healthcare sector and allowed me to strengthen my leadership and strategic management skills. Today, I bring these diverse experiences to Artemia, driven by a continued commitment to inclusive values, open-minded environments, and purpose-driven work. I am deeply convinced that diversity and gender equity are key drivers of organizational performance and foster a leadership style aligned with the evolving expectations of our society.
