After having stayed five years in the United States, where, among other activities, I obtained a Master of International Affairs at Columbia University (NYC), I was hired locally by an American export-management company that sent me to Neuchâtel to open their European bridgehead. During my stay in Neuchâtel, I met Pascal Gueissaz and became his business partner in the recruitment field (1997). I actively participated in the building of what is now known as UMEO (the Careerplus Group) by launching several specializations and opening offices Europe-wide. Presently member of the board of UMEO, the holding company of the Group, i am also involved in numerous internal and external projects, and my professional extensive networks are an invaluable asset to Artemia.
