Holder of a Master's degree in Management from ESCP Europe and graduated in anthropology and ethnology, I bring over 12 years of experience dedicated to advancing gender equality. I have always been committed to improve the status of women in society, whether as Secretary General of the French High Council for Gender Equality between Women and Men (HCE), as an Policy advisor within Offices of Women’s Rights Ministers, or more recently as an independent consultant. Joining Artemia represents a unique opportunity to leverage my experience to support an impactful project and to contribute concretely and locally to the promotion of gender equality and to the implementation of inclusive recruitment and management practices in the professional sphere.
