Charlotte Vitoux

With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in communication (Audencia), supplemented by a certificate in executive coaching (HEC Paris), I have had a rich and international professional career. I spent the early part of my career in business development at creative and digital agencies (Dentsu, WPP) before moving into recruitment—first at consulting firms (notably Aquent France and Morgan Philips Switzerland) and then in-house (Publicis). Finally, I founded Studio Platon, a European executive consulting and recruitment firm. These complementary facets of human resources—recruitment, freelance work, employer branding, coaching, and career mobility—enable me today to support organizations and leaders with a deeply human, transparent, and rigorous approach. Joining Artemia was a natural choice, allowing me to fully commit to a visionary, courageous team driven by a genuine social mission. I am thus dedicating my energy to promoting diversity, inclusion, and organizational transformation, so that together we can shape a more equitable professional future.
