Going beyond stereotypes with Artemia: yes, we can!

Artemia was founded in order to go beyond gender stereotypes in executive search processes. Our goal is that companies can choose from a wider pool of talents, that more women can climb the corporate ladder, and that gender diversity in senior management can build an innovative, profitable and modern leadership. Indeed, unconscious biases impair traditional search methods. Because the corporate world identifies with a ‘masculine’ style of leadership and since there is a natural tendency to hire one’s peer, men benefit from positive prejudice.
