Passionate about the world of human resources, in which I am specialised, I have worked for 20 years in traditionally male sectors. Cultural diversity has always been very present, but gender diversity very rare. My Master's thesis on the topic of gender stereotypes allowed me to understand their impact on our behaviors and strategies. They prevent us from developing an inclusive way of thinking, especially in relation to gender diversity in the workplace. When we are in a system, the operational work and the achievement of objectives are our driving forces. Without the awareness of the benefits of gender diversity and a more inclusive approach to recruitment, these issues remain intangible and therefore do not evolve. We then miss an opportunity to improve the attractiveness and performance of the company. An external view can be beneficial. That is why I decided to join Artemia Executive, to support and accompany our clients in this process of change and culture. I am very happy to be able to contribute to Artemia's mission and to advance gender diversity at a strategic level, so that it becomes meaningful and beneficial to everyone.
