Inès Stooss

As a student in psychology at the University of Lausanne, I have been working for two years as an assistant in a recruiting firm. I am also actively supporting an NGO promoting diplomacy and can see the value brought by female profiles and more diversity in a team. Joining Artemia enables me to develop my knowledge of human beings while contributing to the success of recruitment processes as well as the building of a more inclusive corporate world and fairer opportunities for future generations.
